Rwanda seeks partnership with China
Known as the Singapore of central Africa, Rwanda has set out its future goals in what it calls Vision 2020. China and Rwanda established diplomatic relations on Nov 12, 1971, and have continued to develop their cooperation ever since.
In this interview with Rwanda's ambassador to China, Ngarambe Xavier shared his thoughts on how China's new leadership will shape the future of the country and influence China-Rwanda relations.
