China and Iceland: Closer than ever
The North Atlantic island with a population of 320,000 is situated in the middle of what could become an important maritime transport route between Europe and Asia. For China, relations with Iceland will prove to be very important in future Arctic affairs.
In an interview with China Daily, Iceland's ambassador to China, Kristin Arnadottir, shared her views on China's new leadership as well as relations between the two countries.
